Ann Clayton
has published six previous collections of stories and six novels. She has been
included in three O. Henry Award collections and John Updike's Best American
Short Stories of the Century. Working on term papers, she is
an expert on this field. She has received an award in literature from the
American Academy of Arts and Letters and a Guggenheim Fellowship.
