Well known for its financials institution built up over 150 years of trust, Geneva handles nearly USD 3 Trillion. Beautiful senerty it has though unfortuately, food is not fabulus, not even considering the high prices paid. On the culinary note however, you must try the hot chocolate served here - it's simply heavenly and never encountered in Singapore. For CHinese food, try Boky at Rue des Alpes, near the train station. Best darn roast duck noodles I ever ate at SR16 - though it might have been because I am MISSING Chinese food. ; p
Had yoga this morning, meeting the locals who're generally very friendly. It's a real UN here (the UN is also based here after all) - you can find any nationality on earth here.
WIll put up some pictures once they're resized.

The world's oceans are expected to run out of fish by 2048, adn whilst more fisheries may be set up, future generations shall have lost something forever, or perhaps not know what they have missed at all - the flavours and sensations of fish caught wild.
It's perhaps the tragedy of the commons, where everyone having fishing rights now wants to exploit each fishing ground to the full, before someone else comes along to fish, or the fish swim elsewhere. Some measures are in place, eg fish of a certain length are meant to the returned to the waters, but enforcement is most certainly a difficult challenge.
Of course it's not just overfishing that's causing the problem - even global warming and pollution are factors. Habitats, eg reefs, are being destroyed, and along with that the fish that take refuge and grow in their midst.
Let's act collectively to ensure a better future for those now alive and those who shall come after us. Try to reduce carbon consumption as much as possible, eg, walking instead of driving where possible, and Reduce, Reuse and Recycle as far as possible.
God bless us all.

Here's an interesting book that urges one and all to follow their instincts - that's right, in the time it takes you to blink. you would most likely hav emade a more accurate assessment of a situation or person than if you were to undertake any serious research which may unearth many confusing clues.
There's the gist of the book, bt if you've time, read it for its many interesting examples.

Now, the book 1421 explains in great detail that it was the Chinese who discovered the Americas first, during the great treasure fleet voyages of admiral Zheng He from 1421-23. The evidence is really quite convincing, and I wish I was on one of those ships!
Read the book '1421' by Gavin Menzies.
