To purchase from the Quaffs Store, you need to log in. If you are not logged in, you will be directed to sign in or create an account.
To create an account, all you need to do is to fill up some details about your name and email and select your ID and password.
Alternatively, you can also click on ÒRegister NowÓ in the login page to formally become part of the Quaffs community.
Return to topOnce you have decided on the OoD you want to purchase, click on 'Buy it Now' and you will be led to the payment details page. This is where you verify contact details and select payment method.
Ensure that your full name, contact number and email address are correct. You can decide to pay for the OoD using credit card/debit card via PayPal, cash or store credits.
Return to topIf you chose to pay with credit/debit card via PayPal, you will be directed to the secured PayPal page to enter more details.
On the other hand, if your payment option is cash, you can make payment at the Quaffs office and collect your OoD.
Lastly, if you have enough store credits in your Quaffs account, you can also use it to obtain your OoD.
Return to topAfter your order has been submitted, a "Confirmation" page will be displayed and your invoice number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after submission of order.
Please take note that if you have chosen to pay cash, it will be considered as an unpaid order that will be processed only after you have paid in full.

If you have made a payment via paypal, your order will be processed and the customer care team will contact you to confirm your order.
Quaffs is serious about your privacy and security. We work closely with our trusted partner PayPal to protect your personal and payment details. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer without sharing financial information. Once you've confirmed your payment details in the checkout process, you will be asked to make payment. After you've done this and you click the 'proceed' button, your card will then be debited, subject to card approval.
By Cash
If you have chosen to pay by cash, the customer care team will contact you to confirm your order and you will need to make the cash payment at the Quaffs office. Your order will only be processed after Quaffs has received your payment.

By Store Credits
Under the Quaffs Membership Rewards Program, you can also obtain OoDs when you have accumulated sufficient store credits in your Quaffs account. If you have chosen to pay by store credits, Quaffs customer care team will contact you to confirm your request and set a suitable date of collection. You can collect your OoD from the Quaffs office.
If you have a Quaffs account, you may check your past purchases in your transaction summary that is found in Store.
If you have already submitted an order, QuaffsÕ customer care team will call you with the contact number you have provided to confirm your order and update your order status. Return to top
All prices indicated for products available via the Quaffs Store are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and inclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including GST and inclusive of delivery charges. The Quaffs customer care team will contact you personally to confirm your delivery details.

Orders or parts of an order could be cancelled by our system due to various reasons below:
If you have already made an online payment via paypal, your original payment will be refunded for the appropriate amount via check or money order.
However, if the item has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this case, you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

ÒMy OoDsÓ is your personal collection of favouriteOoDs that you love. In the OoD module, you can easily add things you love into ÒMy OoDsÓ Subsequently, the OoDs will appear in your personalized list so that you can share them with friends.
Return to topIf the OoD is indicated with store credits in Store, it means you can obtain it with sufficient rewards you have accumulated. To do so, click on 'Buy it Now' and select ÒStore Credits as your payment method.
Return to topIf the OoD you ordered has been fully paid up online via PayPal, the OoD will be sent to the shipping address that you stated.
For all other payment methods, you can collect the OoD from the Quaffs office.

Return to topA single delivery is administered for one order. For most standard orders, the ordered items will be dispatched within 7 days.
An order can be delivered to one shipping address only. If you would like orders to be sent to different addresses, you have to place a separate order for each address.
Delivery charges have been included in the prices offered in the Store. For specially selected products, free shipping may be offered.
Return to topAll orders received and paid up will be dispatched within 7 working day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation).
Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
All orders require your personal signature upon delivery to your designated shipping address.
Currently, the Quaffs Store only delivers online orders within Singapore.
To ensure that our delivery company delivers the item to your designated shipping address, please check that all shipping information is correct during the check out process.
Return to topIf for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 3 working days from delivery. Quaffs will refund you the full price of the item as stated in the Quaffs Store.
Return to topIf you are not totally satisfied with the item, you may choose to return the item in its original condition within 14 working days from delivery. Quaffs will give you a one-to-one exchange of the item to guarantee your satisfaction.
However, please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used and expended.
Return to topYou can notify us of your intention to return or cancel your order by emailing us at customercare@quaffs.com. Please include your full name, contact number and invoice number of your order. If we have reasons to believe that the item has been used or expended in anyway, we cannot accept the returned goods.
The customer care team will record your invoice number and the description of the goods which are being returned. Subsequently, you will be contacted to confirm the details for returning the product.
After you have been contacted by the Quaffs Customer Care team, take your item to the Quaffs office to be returned. Please also bring your invoice and personal ID card for verification purposes.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. You will receive a full refund from Quaffs, in either check or money order.
Return to topWe will not have any reservations in exchanging the items or offering you a refund if the items delivered to you have been damaged before it has been used.

To facilitate the process, please provide the invoice number and keep the packaging and damaged items for examination when you return the items.
