If you have made a payment via paypal, your order will be processed and the customer care team will contact you to confirm your order.
Quaffs is serious about your privacy and security. We work closely with our trusted partner PayPal to protect your personal and payment details. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer without sharing financial information. Once you've confirmed your payment details in the checkout process, you will be asked to make payment. After you've done this and you click the 'proceed' button, your card will then be debited, subject to card approval.
By Cash
If you have chosen to pay by cash, the customer care team will contact you to confirm your order and you will need to make the cash payment at the Quaffs office. Your order will only be processed after Quaffs has received your payment.

All prices indicated for products available via the Quaffs Store are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and inclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including GST and inclusive of delivery charges. The Quaffs customer care team will contact you personally to confirm your delivery details.

Orders or parts of an order could be cancelled by our system due to various reasons below:
If you have already made an online payment via paypal, your original payment will be refunded for the appropriate amount via check or money order.
However, if the item has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this case, you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
