The Official Quaffs Store
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 3 working days from delivery. Quaffs will refund you the full price of the item as stated in the Quaffs Store.
Return to topIf you are not totally satisfied with the item, you may choose to return the item in its original condition within 14 working days from delivery. Quaffs will give you a one-to-one exchange of the item to guarantee your satisfaction.
However, please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used and expended.
Return to topYou can notify us of your intention to return or cancel your order by emailing us at customercare@quaffs.com. Please include your full name, contact number and invoice number of your order. If we have reasons to believe that the item has been used or expended in anyway, we cannot accept the returned goods.
The customer care team will record your invoice number and the description of the goods which are being returned. Subsequently, you will be contacted to confirm the details for returning the product.
After you have been contacted by the Quaffs Customer Care team, take your item to the Quaffs office to be returned. Please also bring your invoice and personal ID card for verification purposes.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. You will receive a full refund from Quaffs, in either check or money order.
Return to topWe will not have any reservations in exchanging the items or offering you a refund if the items delivered to you have been damaged before it has been used.

To facilitate the process, please provide the invoice number and keep the packaging and damaged items for examination when you return the items.
